Once you have created your customer account and log into the Helpstar Web Portal you will be at you home page.

This home page in the central point in all communication with Tyan in regards to any support issues.  Along the top of the Home Page there are numerous tabs which allow you to quickly get to your Account Information, check the FAQ Knowledge Base, Open a New Request, review Open Requests and Review all your Request Histories.

Under the quick link tabs of the Home Page you will see the New Request button.  This allows you to immediately start the process of communicating with the Tyan Support staff to find resolution for your issue.

From the middle section of your Home Page you also have some quick links to the Knowledge Base section that allows you to see the Top 5 articles that are being referenced by other customers as well as the last 5 articles that have been updated to the Helpstar Knowledge Base.

From the bottom section of your Home Page you will find two buttons that allows you to  reference all your requests or another New Request button to allow you to immediately start a New Request as well.
